So recently Miley Cyrus went to New York to attend the 30th annual Night of Star at Cipriani Wall Street to honor Marc Jacob with this year's Superstar Award and let me tell you, she was "actually" wearing something nice and appropriate after a while. She wore a backless, full length, designer halter dress, which looked stunning in green. You could notice that her hair is growing out, which I personally thinks looks better than her short hair. I loved her long and silky brown hair. What do you think? If you like her hair short or long then take part in the poll, which is to your left hand side.
